Staff were very welcoming. The room and shower were clean but need updating to warrant the price.

when we arrived, Darren made us very welcome , showed us to our room ( which was brilliant, nice and big lots of tea and coffee provided the location of a small village with fantastic views in all directions was ideal. After about an hour we popped down to the pub for a meal which was really tasty and good value for money. the decor in the pub what with the log fire and traditional old fashioned pub atmosphere made it better next morning the breakfast was good and hearty not too mention very tasty and filling. definitely think about staying there again for our next visit next September for Clitheroe MOD event.

Room was very comfortable and the pub was lovely, we had dinner on the night and enjoyed homemade food of exceptional quality!! Darren and his wife were very good hosts.We will definately be back.

Arrived about 8pm at night, met by landlord who was very easy to get on with. After viewing my room was made very welcome in the bar by staff and locals and had a wonderful early breakfast to set me up for the day cooked by the lovely landlady. Will definitely go back if in the area again.
