The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Whilst the facility is labelled as a bed and breakfast you have to book breakfast separately and in advance. This was not made clear when making the original booking.

"Very brief but memorable, a lovely little place tucked away in the hills with very friendly people."

The location was very nice, only a short drive from Clitheroe centre. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was very nice.

There was nothing I would change. The smoke/fire alarm in our did go off for no reason the middle of the night which woke us up but I wouldn’t hold this against the owner.

Angie & Darren were amazing hosts and could not do enough for us. Lovely full English breakfast at 8.30am sharp every morning started off our days perfectly. Had an excellent dinner there one night as well (Try the pies!)

The rooms have been redone and the decor,space and furnishings are all very new and welcoming. The only downside is the bathroom hasn't been updated so looks a little out of place in comparison. Only real minor gripe was the 20ml of shower gel for a 2 night stay (Actual shower very good though). Luckily we brought some of our own.
