Bate Papo House Cafe Boutique

Nice peaceful place close to the center of Saligao. Vintage touches in the room and common areas (it's a nicely restored old house). Great breakfast. Very helpful and attentive staff of one.

Wi-fi didn't work at all, which seems like a solvable problem since my phone internet worked outside the thick walls. A fan in the room would have been nice (but a standing fan was provided).

Nothing severe, just that the approach road was a dirt road and it was difficult to get cars in

the clear attention to detail, and the well appointed furnishings.

we never met the owners, we were looking forward to learning about the property and their journey.
