Kensington Kickback QUICK Access to Ann Arbor

Great location close to city centre, bars, supermarket etc. Our room had a terrace which was nice to gain extra space. Comfortable bed & useful kitchenette in communal area.

No staff on site, very thin walls & quite small room. We could hear all comings & goings, snoring etc of other guests. No where to sit to eat other than our terrace. I am sure why there is a covered grand piano in communal space???

Posizione ottima. Terrazzino carino che è l’unica fonte di luce naturale e arieggiamento.

Un locale bagno quasi inesistente. Senza una porta degna di questo nome. No tv. Materasso e cuscini veramente scomodi. Quasi tutti accessi con codice. Nessun cambio di biancheria in 4 notti. Della camera d’hotel non c’è molto.

Location is very central, 5 min walk from les grandes hommes. located on quite street, was quiet in the night. room was cozy and big. Comfy bed! even coffee machine and microwave. It was clean in general.

There was a bit of mold in the shower cabin, and shower head can be cleaned or replaced. Also hangers or hooks for towels were missing in the bathroom, there is a sign that they were there but must be repaired.

Ubicación muy buena. Comercio y todo el centro muy cerca . Que tienes frigorífico y microondas y utensilios de cocina.

Que llegamos y la habitación sucia, sin ropa de cama que tuvimos que pedir. Nos trajo ropa de cama limpia pero bastante viejita y no adecuada para las camas que teníamos y que tuvimos que acomodar como pudimos.

The location is excellent, and entry was easy. The hotel is more of a B&B with a shared kitchen area. There is no staff at the location. We had a major problem that was entirely our fault, but after calling, they were able to help us out, for which we are very thankful. Lesson learned, don't lose your keys!! Thank you again!
