Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön angelegt und sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel, alles da, was man braucht! :) Das Personal ist sehr herzlich! Das Frühstück ist lecker!

Wir hatten das Dinner am Abend, was wir für marrokanische Verhältnisse etwas zu teuer fanden. Dennoch war es gut!

"Schönes Hotel, Mängel in Kommunikation und Hausinstallation"

Obwohl etwas abgelegen, dank der Beschreibung und Beschilderung gut zu finden. Schöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage mit sauberen Pool. Das Hotel wirkt ansprechend. Nettes Personal.

Die Kommunikation zum Personal war etwas knapp. Keine Info zur Hauseingangstüre, dass man sich aussperrt, wenn die Türe ins Schloss fällt. Das führte zu einer ärgerlichen Rufaktion, bis mich meine Partnerin nach 10 min. im Zimmer von aussen hörte. Es war auch abends niemand im Haus, um unsere etwas frühere Frühstückszeit mitzuteilen. Ein Telefonanruf war nötig. Trotz des gehobenen Zimmerstandart funktionierte weder die Nachttisch/Ständerlampe noch die hellere Badezimmerbeleuchtung sowie 2 Steckdosen. Holzgeländer auf der Terasse teils gefährlich, da lose.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und der Aufenthalt insgesamt überzeugend.

Die Anreise gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da die Wegbeschreibung trotz Vorabinformation nicht ganz ausreichend war und wir uns verfahren haben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service – nach Kontaktaufnahme wurden wir abgeholt und sicher zur Unterkunft begleitet.

I liked everything. Although in the beginning it’s difficult to arrive finally the place compensates you. It’s very comfortable and clean. The stuff is polite and the breakfast great. I would definitely choose it again.

Only the way to arrive. You think it will be something bad because of the small streets but believe me what you will see finally is amazing

"Heerlijke plek"

Een geweldige mooie plek om even aan de drukte te ontsnappen. Ruime comfortabele kamers en een heerlijke groene tuin. Er werd goed voor oms gezorgt met een uitgebreid ontbijt en heerlijk diner. De kamers zijn in het echt mooier dan op de foto's.

Op onze kamer werkte de wifi niet perfect, maar gezien de rest van het verblijf geen minpunten daarvoor!
