A Sea View B&B

The view and breakfast were amazing and Susan and Ross were excellent hosts and really friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners gave us a fan and moved their internet router to improve our coverage during our stay.

The suite was hot, the room was small and there was no servicing after our first night. That said, this is a very nice hotel and well worth the cost.

The view was spectacular. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Picton but it’s quiet and tranquil. It’s a bit small but is beautifully appointed, very clean with a comfortable bed. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast that provided was perfect.

No air conditioning although if you open the windows at night it will cool off.

Clean, tidy well presented cute wee sleep out with Privacy and the best view. All the little touches were thought of.

No air con so hot in summer, but cooled down overnight enough. A fan would be a good touch.

Cozy, private room set away from the house with its own private balcony and entrance. Lovely hostess! Wonderful view of the sound and close to town. Nice variety of fruit, yogurt, juice, bread, etc. for breakfast.

The shower was a bit weak but as they depend on rainwater it was understandable and acceptable.

Secluded and very private, amazing views, lovely and friendly owner Susan, provided us with our continental breakfast the night before so we could eat at our leisure the next day, lots of extra touches and well appointed studio, comfy bed, short walk down to the water, we didn’t get to use the kayak but it is available.

The fact we only had one night here.
