Federico is a great host. Friendly, informative and the recommendations were all 10/10. Shame I never made it to his vineyard - next time! The room was great, very spacious (more like an apartment) and the AC worked really well.

in una città di classica bellezza un posto molto curato e ben servito da una famiglia attenta al cliente ed al suo soggiorno. Felici che le nostre aspettative siano state soddisfatte appieno. Consigliato.

Location is excellent for walking all the streets of Pienza. The room we had was comfortable with a nice small kitchen area perfect for preparing our appetizers with wine. Fredrico is an excellent host, very pleasant and helpful.

We wished breakfast was included, but we were able to go to common room and make coffee each morning.
