Świetna lokalizacja, stylowy wystrój wnętrza, pokój (konkretnie pokój Wenecja) i łazienka wygodnych rozmiarów. Pięknie podane śniadanie. Bardzo duże łóżko. W przedpokoju całodobowy dostęp do czajnika, lodówki, wody pitnej, kawy, herbaty, filiżanek, sztućców.

Pokój Wenecja ma okna od ulicy, przez co w sobotę wieczorem jest bardzo głośno z powodu ogródków restauracyjnych, mimo szczelnych nowoczesnych okien. W niedzielę już było ciuchutko, więc problem pewnie występuje tylko pt.-sob.
