Der Eingangsbereich, das Treppenhaus, der Fahrstuhl, der Flur vor dem "Hoteleingang". Hinter der Eingangstür war die Welt in Ordnung. Parken vor dem Haus, an der Hauptstraße, vor den Lokalen auf Motorradparkplätzen, hat geradeso gereicht. In der Nacht ist die Straßenreinigung durch die Straße gezogen. Teilweise mit Laubbläsern. Il palazzo era sporco e fatiscente nelle aree comuni, androne, scale e ascensore

Location, so central, just by the seafront. Very comfortable room with brilliant view. Great breakfast and very helpful owner.

Don’t be put off by the stairways leading to the 3rd floor. The Riva Rooms are great.

The location for walking the city was perfect. Also very close to the ferry dock. Many restaurants close by.

The building itself was a bit of a put off IF you had never traveled to old eastern Europe. The room and reception were comfortable and clean. It did have a nice water view. AC worked
