The owner was kind, constantly asking if we need something. The locality was quite, room was clean and balcony was great bonus! Tge owner also allowed me to park my car in the garden. I gave 10 stars bcs I think the owner deserves it but there were a few dissapointments. But just to make clear, somebody wrote there were no keys in the rooms - we had our own key so it seems it is no longer an issue

Only two things. The owner knew exactly 0 english words (but she had a friend who translated :D). Sorry but when you offer accomodation for a few years, you should know basic phrases in EN/DE. And the other problem was breakfast - we bought more expensive variant with a breakfast. The owner offered us some croissant, coffee etc.and we also could go to the bar nearby - dissapointment, we could only get a cappucino and one sweet croissant, nothing more. I wanted a small ham and cheese sandwich and i had to pay extra.
