B&B I GEMELLI

First let me say that the place we stayed was not the place pictured. Refer my attached photos. That said the place we stayed was great. Some little quirks, but all in all comfortable and clean.

No iron Had a washing machine as advertised, which is one of the reasons we booked the place, but we were told we could not use it. We were told this after having already used and had contacted the owners as there was no hot water. Which they promptly turned on.

Prostorný podkrovní byt, elegantní vybavení, vše čisté a funkční. Přístup samostatným vnějším výtahem, pak dost prudké schody, klimatizace, snídaně vlastním výběrem z polotovarů. Místo nedaleko Parmy, na přespání skvělé, v boční ulici, parkování před domem na ulici.

Wifi byla naštěstí v ceně, tak nestabilní síť jsem snad ještě nezažil.

Proprietario molto attento e disponibile. La casa ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre necessità. Camera confortevole e comoda. Buona la posizione.

Serve qualche utensile in più in cucina

Posizione funzionale, propietario molto gentile e disponibile, ambienti puliti

Eravamo un gruppo di 4 amici e avevamo chiesto 2 stanze con bagno privato, quindi in due appartamenti. Abbiamo appreso solo all'arrivo che i due appartamenti del b&b sono in due strade diverse, comunque vicine

The property was supposed to be bed and breakfast but really its room only with a few long life croissants, a basket of nutella and jam, 1 fruit juice each each day and 2 bottles of water each. The coffee was espresso only and tea was lemon tea. No long coffee or breakfast tea. No fresh fruit, no cereal daily, this was only left on 2 days because i commented through booking.com. far too expensive for what we received and experianced

When i booked i booked 3 rooms, i didnt expect them to be in 2 different properties. That is not clear on the advert. Plus the room i stayed in is accessed by a lift and then a staircase. No explanation was given and nothing written in the room on how to exit in an emergency. All windows have bars on them. Apparently we would exit via their apartment which is a locked door. So if they werent about we would be trapped. Hard to see if there was a fire in front of our exit door as there would be no escape. Im feel certain this is against regulations.

The silence in the night

All perfect

Host had everything efficient and spotless. Breakfast bar stocked with choice.. ice cream shop just round corner was superb. Nice little town. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything like clockwork.
