Owners are kind. To note if it matters to you: You pay the owners directly not thru booking.com (cash or card) The mattresses are spring. You have to write down your breakfast selection and expected time on the desk in the main hall the day before. There's no common area Breakfast was good. Dated but cosy. 20 minutes walk into town

Small improvement-We found the instructions posted on the side of the dresser which was not really visible. Would recommend that the instructions be moved to a nightstand or somewhere more obvious.
