Ada is the sweetest and kindest person, she made us amazing breakfast every day, gave us useful hints and tips for activities. The B&B is well located near city center, the room is spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again!

The room is very spacious and comfortable. It is a very clean accommodation. Ada is a very nice host who also provided free bottles of water and very delicious breakfast. The roof terrace is beautiful where you can relax and view the panoramic scenery.

Ada is an excellent host, very attentive to detail, and responsive to any needs. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the bathroom has a wonderful shower. The location is convenient and street parking is available. Ada offers a varied and yummy breakfast, both sweet and salty and takes pride in including Sardinian specialties. What we appreciated the most are all the recommendations that she gave us, both in Cagliari and around that made our experience in the area much better. We had a great time at her place and recommend it unreservedly.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The location is unbeatable — there’s a fruit shop right downstairs where I bought some delicious fruit for just a few euros. It’s only a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and right across the street is a fantastic restaurant rated 4.8. The airport is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Ada is a very friendly and professional host. The apartment is bright, cozy, and beautifully arranged, with great air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

I have been living in Europe for more than three years now and I travel frequently with my husband. We have rented numerous accommodations and we liked many of them. However, this one was a bit special. The accommodation was super with big, neat and clean rooms with all modern facilities available. And a cherry on top was the access to the terrace, which is private. However, what we loved the most was the amazing hostess. She is so caring, helpful and always accessible. Every morning (we were there for six nights), she served us breakfast herself with her homemade delicious cakes and that too a new type every day. There were other usual options for breakfast as well, such as bread, butter, milk etc. I must say so far this was our best experience, particularly because of the way we were treated. I strongly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Cagliari.

Ada is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, responsive, and full of valuable tips. The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the dining area is pleasant, well-decorated, and well-lit, with soft ambient music playing. Breakfast is excellent, the homemade dessert is heavenly, and the coffee is also outstanding. A bonus is the private terrace on the rooftop with a stunning view. If we ever return to Cagliari, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Breakfast was fresh every morning and even included a very high quality Italian coffee. The room was well-decorated, spacious and bright and the bathroom was very new and nice. I really liked that there was a nook with a desk for working in the room. The apartment location was great - just a few minutes walk from the bus that frequently runs to old town Cagliari and there are spaces for free parking right in front of the building.

The noise from the breakfast room is a little loud in the morning. I would have preferred the bed to be softer.

Everything was perfect - from the moment we arrived Ada made our stay so special, providing us with a wealth of information of things to see and do during our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with ample choices - with a special mention to the home made hot croissants and cakes each morning!
