Es war wie Urlaub im Museum - irgendwie auch cool. Das erste Mal mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht - war jetzt nicht so mein Ding. Innenstadt mit dem Bus erreichbar und vom Bahnhof doch etwas weiter weg. Sonst alles ok und Gastgeber gibt sich Mühe. Für einen Kurzurlaub geht es schon.

There was a pleasant person when I arrived, and a coffee machine with capsules was available in the kitchen. Convenient for the bus and train station, Porta Nuova is only a 20-minute walk from the property.

I find the description of the property as 'recently renovated' a bit insulting. We clearly have a different view on that. Additionally, the picture of the property is from the yard, which looks quiet and cosy, but, in fact, the rooms overlook a very busy road. In the shower of the shared bathroom, I found a live cockroach in the morning... Breakfast pre-packaged croissants, which are ultra-processed like the other biscuits. So, no, it is not a 'typical Italian breakfast' as I read in one of the reviews. When you want to go to the centre in the evening, you have to pass a not very nice (but lit) long tunnel.

Staff was very kind. Room was very clean. Price of the room was cheap. We stayed comfortable in the room.

Key of the room was analog system.

È già la seconda volta che alloggio qui e confermo il giudizio in prima battuta . Location molto bella accogliente e staff cordialissimo e gentilissimo che ti fanno sentire come a casa . Punto ormai fisso per assistere ai concerti all'arena (20 minuti a piedi con piacevole e facile camminata per raggiungere il centro e fuori dal caos ) Sempre un piacere !

The location which is cycling distance from the city. The room was not ready at 16:30. Fortunately the owner offered us a beer and asked us to wait in the garden.

The shared bedroom, the very basic limited breakfast, the dated interior, the firm beds. The pictures do not really correspond with reality.
