Everything was GREAT…!!!

Steffano and his wife are lovely! The B&B area itself is an annexe on the owner's property, so you get a whole wing of the house to yourself, including the room, kitchen and bathroom. Tiled floors keep the temperature down and there is a fan on the ceiling, which brings relief in the summer heat. The garden is available to sit in and use, and is just like the pictures! (Stunning) The locked annexe and locked gate provide security, but the area feels very safe anyway. The tourist area of Verona (next to the Arena) is only a short bus ride away, #11 bus outside the property, stay on it till Arena - 2 Euros per person. The property has a fridge and freezer with a compartment for own food and space for freezing water bottles. Steffano, very helpful and completes some lovely bonding / personalised experiences upon arrival, making you feel welcome. He goes and gets fresh croissants/bread rolls every morning, which melt in your mouth. Just the right mix of being available if you need help, and leaving you be to explore, which is a fine balance. Steffano has it just right. Will definitely return, I miss it already!!

Quiet neighborhood but close to the center of the city. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were clean. Only issue was size of shower but nothing they can really do about that. I would definitely recommend.
