Wanaka Stonehouse

We extended from 1 to 2 nights, and got a larger room with king size bed and veranda for the 2nd night, cozy the first night, perfect the second, very comfortable and spacious second night, 25 min walk to town, hosts very accommodating and helpful

It's a B&B, so living upstairs of hosts' residence and breakfast is very basic, granola and toast.

The house is beautiful with a lovely garden. It's rustic with a cozy mezzanine and balcony. Short walk to the lake and town center.

Upon arrival, there was a sign on the bedroom door that you need to request the spa 10 hours prior. Earliest check in is at 3pm so this means you wouldn't be able to use the spa until 3 am? I messaged the host but unfortunately did not get a response until 7 hours later when I was sleeping (11:25 pm). This is something a host should simply message the guests about a day or two prior.

Lovely host and deliciously well prepared breakfast spread. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable as well! Would highly recommend.

Average breakfast, very hot room(no fan or aircon), no tv. Very poor internet signal, no signal in our room.

couple in their 30s travelling through NZ. hosts were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, private shower and toilet. Walking distance from town and Wanaka Tree.
