It's a very nice, very quiet stand-alone house with a great shared garden. The breakfast is really good and plentiful. For your information: I had the option to pay during check-in or later, with card or cash, and I was able to check-out at any time, which was useful.

At the end of the first night, the inside of the house incl. bedroom (there's no bedroom door) was very cold. I'm luckily someone that prefers it when it's pretty cold, but even for me it was too cold. I asked the host to please raise the temperature of the rather complicated, dutch control system for the heating and he did for the second night. But it was still a bit too cold during the second night. The host added the 3€ tax for 2 nights again on the price, only later I realized that the booking confirmation stated that the 3€ and all other taxes are already included in the total price. I don't know if this was a mistake by booking or a mistake by the host, but this is something that should be fixed for future bookers.

Easy to find, warm welcome, very well fitted out and kitted apartment, spotlessly clean. Our dogs were welcome, with good access to walks nearby. Breakfast wonderful!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for. Bathroom was modern and clean, with lots of hot water. The location was great for us. Wifi was very good. On our final day, we had to leave early, so our breakfast was prepared and left in the fridge for us. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and home made.

The stairs to the bedroom were a little steep. However, it was fine for me and my 21 year old son. Just need a bit of care, going up and down.

Welcoming host. Generous space with ground floor living area and upstairs twin bedroom. Lovely breakfast. Ten minute bike ride into Elburg centre.

Some people might find the steep steps up to the bedroom tricky.
