Greeted by Rachel on arrival , made us feel very welcome, met Jon a bit later, very warm and welcoming couple. Very attentive and willing to help in any way. Room was lovely, 10 out of 10 for comfy bed, very clean throughout.

Nothing we didn’t like.

"Lovely little guest house in centre of Bexhill"

We had a lovely one night stay at The Albany Rooms as we were attending a wedding nearby. The location was great as it was walking distance into Bexhill town and it was easy to find. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was nice and cosy and the host who met us and checked us in was warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

"Fabulous! Super clean!"

Excellent communications from owners. Clear arrival instructions Parking permit provided on arrival to park on the street. Bottled water in the room. Tea and coffee facilities. Extremely clean!!! Bed very comfortable- good mattress. Bedding and towels beautiful. Essential toiletries provided if needed. Shower a bit weak but fine. Room cool but plug in radiator heated the room but clicked all night - that was the only downside. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely book again because the owners have thought of everything and took all stress away with such good communications and the fact they have thought about everything!

Absolutely everything! I did leave a review but doesn’t seem to be here? Rachel is lovely, and the little lady who did our room, everything so clean, very nice furnishings, especially the his and her phone chargers and sinks in bathroom, will see you soon guys !

"Lovely room everything we needed"

Great location, lovely room and very comfortable bed.

Shower could have been better, couldn’t stand up and shower.
