Liberty House

De locatie was goed en bood een prima uitvalsbasis om de stad en haar bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken. De accommodatie was schoon en goed onderhouden, waardoor we ons direct op ons gemak voelden. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verliep uitstekend; communicatie was duidelijk, vriendelijk en snel. Een groot voordeel was de aanwezige parkeerplaats vlak bij het verblijf, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en werd geserveerd in een gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Al met al zijn wij tevreden over ons verblijf.

We loved that it was a characterful property, with a quaint elevator, very high decorative ceilings and elegant furnishings. The air conditioning was very welcome. The dining room/kitchen was pretty and welcoming and there were delicious homemade cakes and tarts. The location was fabulous. Just a few minutes walk from the attractions of Bologna.

It would have been helpful to have had some printed material in the room with guidance on getting taxis, busses and recommendations for restaurants. We had to figure it out ourselves by wandering around. In fact you need to get an app on your phone to haul taxis as there weren’t any waiting at the taxi ranks.

Great location right in the centre of historic Bologna, near restaurants and bars. Superb room within apartment with period features. Excellent complementary continental breakfast with healthy options as well as traditional Italian breakfast. Nicoletta was very efficient and responsive with communication and helped us out with our luggage crisis and booking a taxi for our return journey. Nothing was too much trouble.
