What a gem of a place in a beautiful part of Italy- loved the view from the terrace at breakfast, and the room is so lovely with real attention to detail given to every part. Would highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of caiazzo, a perfect host and the breakfast was exceptional

Bed was maybe a little hard

An incredibly beautiful, historic property, just a couple of minutes walk away from Pepe In Grani. We were offered a whole floor to ourselves; including a big bedroom, private bathroom, dining room & terrace with stunning views. Damiano & Floriana were beyond wonderful hosts, they made us a sensational breakfast, very kindly catering for our dietary requests. The room was immaculately clean & location is restful & quiet. This place is an absolute must, we only wish we had stayed longer. Very highly recommend & we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Damiano & Floriana!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even helped carry our suitcases from the car to the residence, offered coffee on arrival, great breakfast.

We didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything

The room was large and nicely furnished with an exquisite view. It felt very private. The breakfast was very good. We felt like we were very special guests.

located right near Pepe in Grani but we had the very spacious wing of the accommodation with access to the kitchen living area to ourselves in the evening. the room was very spacious with a small balcony of it’s own and a nice view of the countryside. Enjoyed the experience of staying in a historical type house
