"Locale in zona centrale ma da rivedere nei dettagli."

La posizione del locale è ottima, vicinissimo al corso ed a tutta la zona pedonale. Strada adiacente poco trafficata.

Sistemerei la doccia (rotto il sistema di aggancio doccino); cambierei l'armadio (condizioni veramente scadenti); ulteriori migliorie sono applicabili alla copertura della scala che porta al piano superiore ed alla colazione fornita (prodotti industriali nelle loro confezioni). Non so se possibile, ma proverei a dedicare alla struttura un paio di parcheggi auto dedicati.
