Weaver's House B and B

Staff were very friendly tad unorganized on our arrival re getting room ready. The room was fair for the price, basic. Street parking is available and location close to the high street. The shared bathroom is clean with both a shower and a bath.

The room was very tired, the walls and carpet stained. No kettle in the bedroom however one is available downstairs in the kitchen. Shared bathroom a bit of a nightmare trying to use this as lots of people attempting to get in at the same time. Would say BnB wasn't family friendly lots of stairs and shared bathroom didn't work for us unfortunately. Breakfast is just a self service which was fine. Lots of noise during the night very loud TV and talking downstairs until 1AM. I wouldn't stay again unfortunately not suitable for our family. We only stayed one night.

Was east to find and easy parking

I didn't like the fact that even though I precooked the room and even text the hotel that I will be there between 20:00pm to 21:00 I was 15 minutes late because I went for something to eat and they gave my room to someone else. When I challenged this and told them that I have allready paid at 4pm today and the booking at been confirmed. Only then they decided to muve the guest out of my room. And made me waite 45 mins so they could clean and reset the room? Am a citysprint national courier and I had been driveing 14 hours and just wanted to rest. I felt so embarrassed asking for my room I had allready booked like am the guilty party. Totally disorganised and unprofessional would be a under statement of my experience of booking 1 night at weavers house B&B? Not fair booking.com?
