A acessibilidade comunicacional é MUITO ruim. Após telefonar três vezes consegui falar duas vezes com a anfitriã, que informou que o WiFi não estaria funcionando até o próximo dia útil. Pela tradução do app do Booking.com não foi possível obter informações compreensíveis sobre o café da manhã, que também não usufrui apesar de ter reservado a acomodação justamente por causa do WiFi e do café da manhã. Mas a comunicação poderia ter sido aprimorada se o serviço ao cliente do Booking.com funcionasse!
