Room was given on 2nd floor. No elevator. Highly painful for aged people. I have a knee issue . There should be clear mention of floor and availability of elevator.

8km far from airport...

It is not suitable for bit old people's with less mobility. Steep staircases. No ground floor rooms. Bathroom and toilets are not near by need to walk through steps. Old building. Hards beds and pillows..etc.,
