The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with an excellent ensuite. The adjoining pub serves excellent food. Ample parking and excellent staff.

There was no breakfast available.

Clean, tidy room with great shower. Despite being near the road and the pub next door it was quiet (we were there on a week night). Car park across the road has cameras which was good. We were allowed to check out a little later to let us go for breakfast at Village Tearoom.

Not that I didn’t like it but the check in process means you take your stuff into the pub to get the key and then go back to the rooms to let yourself in. There are some steps and it was a bit of a mission for me. Recommend leave your stuff in the car, check in and then pick up your luggage and go to the room.

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good food and drink in the bar.

Care is needed when leaving via the front door of the property as the steps are quite steep.
