Extremely kind and friendly staff, clean and well-equipped rooms.

I stayed for a short time here and I have chosen this place mainly for the location. Everything is nearby from the restaurants, grocery shops to shopping centers like liberty plaza or Colombo mall. The buddhist temple Gangaramaya is in walking distance as well. National museum and major parks are not far away too. It is a very good location to explore Colombo. The room was decent with a big bed and clean bathroom with hot water.

My sleep at night was interrupted by other clients who were not able to get into the property. My room was on the ground floor and because the staff was away at night around 5 am, the guests started knocking into my window for help thinking I am an employee. So I tried to help them since no-one was there from the staff by opening the doors to the hotel. Even though the people apologised for waking me up and knocking, my sleep was not good that night because of a mistake from the staff members who were not able to communicate with the clients properly on when to meet them. The property should put a sign somewhere on the ground floor for the clients to not knock the windows at night because other people could be sleeping!! For the rooms which are on the first floor that would have never happened but that room on the ground floor had a drawback that only later I have noticed. All kinds of noises could be heard very easily. From the reception telephone ringing, staff talking, people walking etc. I am a heavy sleeper and can deal with people talking, and doing something loudly enough but not directly knocking into the window. Either the property should not offer that room at all, or do something to reduce the noice. For sure other non-heavy sleepers would not be able to sleep before 12 pm and around 6 in the morning. Because of this I cannot recommend to stay in that ground floor room for longer days. If anyone gets that room, explore Colombo of the superb location and just leave for better sleep somewhere else.

Really good location , super friendly staff and clean rooms. Really good value for the money. We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and we will be back. Stayed 18/6 -25
