Crowndale Torquay - Exclusively for Adults

When you travel the World and throughout the UK on business and pleasure you stay in all manner of hotels from large hotels to small B&Bs and only rarely do you find one that exceeds the excellent reviews it had when you booked and Crowndale Torquay is one of those little gems. Fantastic room with a really comfortable bed, great bathroom and everything you could possibly need during your stay. Fresh milk in the fridge with bottled water, coffee and tea (and a proper teapot) lemon drizzle muffins and even cotton buds. Breakfast was unbelievably good with fruit juice, fresh fruit, cereals and a fantastic full English breakfast and toast. Was it value for money, definitely yes, would we stay again, definitely yes. If you are looking to book it believe the reviews, it is that good.

The hosts Pat & John are a really, really nice and friendly couple and work really hard. Breakfast was really nice and hot and plenty of options. They could not do enough for you. Certainly recommend.

Pat , John, Lovely couple, we had a excellent 3 day stay, everything was what we expected and more, John's breakfast was excellent, nothing was to mush trouble, 10 out of 10 .

Parking easily available either in the small carpark at the back or in the road out the front. Quiet and comfortable, the fridge in the room with fresh milk and water topped up each day is such a nice touch. Lovely hosts and an outstanding breakfast each morning. It’s a lovely base for seeing the sights of the English riviera!

Pat and john were very welcoming on our arrival and could not do any more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was beautifully decorated and very well equipped and the cleansiness was outstanding. Its obvious they take a lot of care and pride in their B&B and it definetley paid off. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would 100% stay with them again if we visited the area. Pat is a very proud lady and john..you are a superb chef, the breakfasts were outstanding. Highly recommended and i look forward to visiting you again.

Ein super netter, familiäres Hotel. Man fühlt sich richti wohl. Pat und John tuen wirklich alles damit es einem gut geht und helfen wo sie nur können.
