Amaranto Bed and Breakfast

The people to that run the Bed and Breakfast are very nice. It was a pleasure to stay here. Our room was quite, clean and cozy. We definitely will come back again.

Jorge and Mila were extremely welcoming and pleasant to talk to! Mila even gave me free assistance filling out my immigration forms! The room and grounds were absolutely beautiful, it felt like a home. I definitely plan on coming back!

That the paint outside the rooms, and the front of the property, it's outdated. The property needs to be repainted.

We love the location, it is a perfect place for our triathlon training activities.

The design is very unique, the room is big with a big bed, the check in instruction and communication with the owner were clear Good location, calm and close to everything by walking, shops and restaurants around

- They don’t accept credit card and the first thing we have been asked about the minute we have seen the lady was “you should pay” and this was not pleasant, especially that I was rushing early morning for a dive and arrived very late at night and we had one more night over - there were a lot of mosquitoes inside of the room so we took the mosquitoes killer light from outside and in the morning she was mad at us that we took it and said that there are no mosquitoes in the room although there were plenty of them, as we have been lying.

We thought the room was great. It had everything we needed. It was comfortable. It was clean. It was private. The bed was big and comfortable. The air conditioner was wonderful because it was so quiet and it worked great. We appreciated the blankets which we used because the AC was nice and cold. The lighting in the room was good. There was a kitchen sink and kitchen utensils which came in handy for prepping our fruit and some snacks. There was a basin which came in handy for washing some clothes. There were plenty of hangers to hang our laundry to dry and a fan to dry them. We were told to help ourselves to drinking water which was available in the main/common area. There was a small fridge in the room to store our fruit and snacks. The shower had great water pressure. The water was hot. I appreciated the electrical outlet next to the bed. We had a safe and the keys for locking our room and the main gate made us feel safe. The location was great. Not too far at all to walk to Centro. Close to restaurants.

We requested a breakfast of only fruit but was disappointed with the amount of fruit. We were offered fresh homemade bread and jam and we ate it but we had requested the fruit only. We asked for more fruit and it was provided, however, it was at an extra cost. We felt that the cost for breakfast wasn't worth what we paid. Also, there were no window coverings on the bathroom window which was concerning at first but realizing that no one walks to the last bungalow except for us, I wasn't worried but I think it would be nice if it wasn't so exposed.

Such a charming atmosphere decorated with a personal artistic style. Maid service daily, free filtered water, large comfortable bed.

There was a gap around the door that let in mosquitoes ,spiders and a gecko.
