Beautiful property and lovely hosts

This is an exceptional bed & breakfast. Ric & Peta were fantastic hosts & made us feel very welcome. The rooms are on the second floor of an old watermill. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is a wonderfully quirky property. The interior is beautifully designed and is modern yet very homely. Not surprisingly, the property backs onto a stream and feels delightfully secluded. You can step outside the front door and start a variety of countryside walks, either along the riverbank or upwards to Box Hill and beyond.

The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, across a short landing. Ric & Peta made us aware of this at the time of booking. It was not a problem for us & should the opportunity arise, we would not hesitate to book again.
