Horrible experience! I don’t recommend to anyone! We booked these apartments when we were already on the way, a few hours in advance (that is, we did not take up someone's time by reserving apartments in advance)! I wrote to the owner that we were driving from Venice and immediately going to the Outlet Store and then to the address and we will write! When we finished our deals at Outlet, I wrote that we would be there in 15-20 minutes! We arrived at the place and saw a closed gate, I wrote in WhatsApp that we were there, but there was no reaction (we were tired, from the road, arrived in the evening), then I made a call, but no one answered me (there is correspondence), after 15 minutes of waiting, an elderly lady came out to us, she looked from the yard and i saw it and open my cars door… I told my daughter and wife to go inside and see the apartment (so that it was prepared, because it is our right), the lady did not let my daughter and wife in the apartment, just in area where she living, she said that they should pay first and then see - what nonsense! If the owner has nothing to hide, then what is the problem! As a result, my wife and daughter left the house, told me the problem! Then the lady came out, started waving her tablet and saying something about a booking reservation, I said that we have one, the lady freaked out, started swearing in Italian and left, slamming the door to the house! We returned to the car, waited 15 minutes, but no one came out to us! We got into the car and left, writing about the problem in booking and start searching another one apartment after long ride , I clicked to cancel the reservation without a penalty, but the owner refused me!!! She did not let us in and tried to write off the money!!! Amazing…. It's good that the guys from booking understood my problem and cancelled the reservation without writing off funds!! I studied the reviews and saw that people had already encountered rudeness from her!

The view from the balcony was amazing

A wonderful host who was very accommodating to my late arrival. Plentiful and easy parking right outside the door. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. For a comfortable overnight stay, it was absolutely perfect.

So good host! quiet neighborhood Good for rest! All recomendations!

The sorroundings are very quiet and peaceful. It is well located. Breakfast was ok, basic.
