Reakcja personelu na uwagę o czystości - brak propozycji wymiany pokoju, jedynie zaoferowane darmowe śniadanie, jak gdyby miało to rozwiązać problem brudu w pokoju Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju - pomimo dość umiarkowanej temperatury, od wczesnych godzin porannych w pokoju nie dało się spać
