Prostorná kuchyň s ledničkou a nádobím s možností teplých nápojů, možnost self-checkinu, vlastní koupelna, relativně blízkost k centru města

Varná konvice byla silně zanesená nečistotami, špinavé křeslo, naprosto netěsnící dveře na balkon (v těsné blízkosti velmi rušné silnice a tramvají) - několikrát v noci nás to budilo a od dveří šla zima, velmi malé umyvadlo, hlavice sprchového koutu spíše netekla než tekla, nemožnost zaplatit městskou daň kartou (museli jsme vybírat v bankomatu a byl by asi i problém i s vrácením přeplatku, neboť se musela daň nechat při odchodu v pokoji)
