"Enttäuschendes Hotel in belebter Umgebung"

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der fußläufigen Nähe zum Bingin Beach. Leider sind an diesem nun alle Lokale geschlossen worden, sodass man durch Ruinen läuft. Restaurants und Bars sind nah. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Problemen.

Leider hatten wir 3 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser. Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir erst sogar gar kein Wasser oder es lief Wasser über den Boden in unser Zimmer. Das Personal reagierte jedoch hilfsbereit und wir konnten in ein anderen Gebäude ziehen. Dennoch hat es auch dort aus den Abflüssen gestunken. Nachts ist einmal der Strom und somit die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Das Zimmer war generell sehr undicht, sodass durch Schlitze Tiere in das Zimmer kommen können. Das Hotel ist zwar absichtlich im Boho/Shabby Chic Stil gestaltet, jedoch riecht das Holz feucht. In unserem Waschbeckenschrank war eine Tür herausgebrochen. Das Hotel wird nicht gut gepflegt. Überall sind Farbspritzer. Auch am Pool fehlen einige Fliesen und die Bretter sind morsch und brechen. Hier kann man sich verletzen!

The staff were fantastic and always super eager to help. The property has that nostalgic Balinese look and feel about it.

There were constant issues with power, the internet WiFi was inconsistent at best (apparently the provider was the problem). The water was not working on a particular day. All of these were out on a particular day. I spoke with the owner, that was not in the country, and of course communication broke down when I vented my frustration and suggested some compensation be applied.

"Hard to sleep with roosters crowing at all and room"

Bed was comfortable, staff were great.

Lots of roosters around the property that crow until late at night then can start crowing again from as early as 3am making it very hard to sleep. The room isn’t very well sealed so even with the air con on 16 degrees it is still quite hot in the room.
