The list of unfortunate disasters is a bit long, which has overshadowed the positive feedback.

Well, honestly, I hadn't expected it would turn out this way. My sister and I had planned a 3-night stay from October 15th to 18th at Sunset BnB. After reading all the good reviews, we thought we'd give it a try. The real disaster started on the very first day; we checked in and paid in full amount. We returned from dinner around 11 pm and parked the car. One of their staff members came and asked for the keys to move the car. My sister told him about the theft lock, explaining that he'd need to press it to start the car. He took the keys and called us back after about 10 minutes, unable to find the lock. My sister was surprised to find that the staff member had broken the lock, and the switch box where the theft button was installed had come out. Obviously, the car couldn't start, and we couldn't lock it. We told the staff member to call a mechanic to fix it, as it was their fault, not ours. The next morning, when we asked about the mechanic, the staff member completely denied responsibility, suggesting it was due to other issues. Instead of apologizing, they tried to save their reputation and avoid paying for the fix. All staff members acted as if we were to blame, making excuses about trackers or petrol levels. I told them it's our car, and they're the ones giving suggestions. No tracker was installed; just admit that you broke the lock. We were furious; it was the second day (October 16th). We had plans, but everything got ruined. In the evening, I checked the car again, but it was still not working. A staff member came, checked, and called a mechanic, but two mechanics couldn't find any issue. The manager asked if we had a tracker installed or if the car was out of petrol, which seemed like a stupid question. Are we supposed to come for a trip without petrol? 🤔 Eventually, we had to call our own mechanic in the end. He fixed it within 15 minutes.

Excellent place clean and calm. Highly recommended for families

Breakfast could be provided. For billing, accept foreign cards for visitors from abroad.
