Дуже гарна локац,ія, навколо парки та супер господарі.Поруч торговий центр та великий супермаркет, в 2 хвилинах зупинка 8 трамваю, який довезе за 15 хвилин до центру та 10 хвилин до старого міста. Смачні та ситні завтраки...дуже гарно.
