Yosefsfeld

The owners are like the lovely relatives you go visit and that make you feel at home immediately. They are multilingual (we spoke English) and it was a pleasure to communicate. A warm welcome, a nice room well prepared, a spacious court with a covered seating area with a fireplace, a very nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna (which we didn't use at 32°C outside). The location is remote in the Slavony region but exactly where you want to be when you visit and want to take to the countryside. Excellent base to explore the villages around, Kujevo Pozega or others. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings, plenty of options for hiking, sports, nature sight seeing and other activities. The hosts are most helpful with anything you need or ask. Breakfast is fabulous - a homemade variety of organic delicious foods the comes from any of the surrounding farms that grow anything food there is. Prepared with love and skills, tasteful and hearty just like all Croatian/Slavonian food . this beats any big hotel buffet by far. The room is spacious and well furnished, fridge/kitchen sink combo and with a nice bathrooom with a big walk-in shower. All clean and well functioning - the A/C was powerful yet super silent, almost not audible. This place gives you space, peace, tranquility and a heartful of goodness to recharge and rest. Nothing really :-) - we will come back in the region and for sure stay with Yosefsfeld again. Next time we take more pictures...

great facilities and very inviting & helpful owner

We received a warm welcome in a very clean and neat room with private bathroom. The accommodation was new and protected by a fence around the property. We could use the swimming pool and jaccuzzi without extra costs. The night was quiet and dark. For evening conversations outside they offered a lounge area with romantic lights. The view on the hills and fields were nice and serene. Our host lives with her familiy on the premisis but that was no problem. Their dog was sweet and very disciplined and did not cause any problems or noise. The breakfast was served in a special building across the courtyard. Really nice, complete with only fresh home made products. The location is closed to wineries and the national park Papuk for hiking. Oh, and there were no barking dogs in the night which is special and much appreciated!

All was okay, nothing to complain. The location is in a small village, so nothing special. May e less attractive when it is raining all the time?

Owner is very kind and helpful, and makes very tasty breakfast. We had so much fun in pool and jacuzzi. We will definitely come back. Children were very sad that we must leave.
