Beautiful, clean facility and rooms. Host Armando is very friendly and awesome. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay, and have everything that you need. Great coffee and delicious pastry for breakfast.

The host was extremely nice, the room is well equipped, the breakfast is very personalized and boutique like. The location is lovely.

Toilet seat was broken, but everything else was absolutely amazing.

Our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy. Good location. Yes the area is a bit run down but it is walking distance from Portici train station and Ercolano train station (about 15 minutes to each), Ercolano itself, bars, restaurants etc. and that was more important to us. The window has a brilliant view of Capri. At night we watched a storm roll in from the sea and the following morning it was so clear the view was amazing. The room itself is glorious, it's big and airy with a very high ceiling, the bathroom is spacious and clean, the shower cubicle is huge. The bed is delightfully comfortable. The sheets were lovely high quality cotton. Everything is brand new and immaculate! The wifi is good and the air con is good. Breakfast is simple, a croissant, juice and coffee or tea. I don't understand why other reviewers have complained about this, our croissants were huge, fresh and delicious.

We liked everything! The only thing I missed was bins for sorting recycling.
