Very affordable room + ensuite in a lovely location (provided you bring a car!). Clean, well decorated, lots of equipment provided, very sensible bedclothes given the likely weather. Good shower.

The only issues are construction, really. The room's door opens directly to the outside, which made me feel a little nervous, and there's no separate kitchen, so the fridge etc are in the bedroom.

The location was superb! it's situated on the coast line and we got to see a number of amazing cruises that past the Southampton Harbour. The room was very cozy and very well equipped! Lovely pub just feet away.

Compact, everything provided, including microwave, fridge/freezer, state of the art kettle. Private bathroom was even better than en-suite, because of being a separate room 2 steps away from bedroom

A helpful, responsive host. Cosy, comfortable accommodation very near to the sea, lots of open skies. The basic self catering amenities worked very well for us. The added breakfast supplies, especially the Gluten free cereals were an added bonus. Very peaceful and private.

Easy to find, Excellent room all secluded, so if you don't want to contact anyone, you don't have to. Bed was very comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the added little breakfast snacks made it perfect!

Good communication from the host, with clear instructions on how to find the place. Easy check in and very friendly host. The room has everything you need for a self catering break. The bed and pillows are very comfy and the bathroom is very large with plenty of towels. The shower is very big and water always hot. There are plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and also a wash up cloth and liquid. I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay here again if working in the area.

Great service. Right next to the beach.club house was great. Would definitely use again if was in the area.
