More of a shallet/apartment than a traditional bed and breakfast, somewhat misleading in it's name

Close to airport. Food at local pub excellent. Host responded quickly to messages and queries, was vey welcoming on arrival with great local knowledge.

Kitchen adequately equipped, host catered well for dietary requirements. However, some boxed foods had already been opened and used, presumably by previous guests. Peppermint tea was an option but only 2 teabags left in packet. Accommodation is a little tired looking and cleaning could be improved, shelves and ornaments very dusty, skirting boards need a good wash, cobwebs (plus spiders) in corners and on the floor.

Met at the door by Cheryl the host who quickly showed us everything we needed to know.

There was nothing to dislike.

Owner was super flexible and helpful as we had travelled to attend a wedding. The room was ready early for us and parking was great. Spotlessly clean, lots of choice for breakfast all provided in self contained kitchen area. So close and easy access to Aldwick Estate where we attended a wedding.

The owner was very kind, I spoke with her about the time of our flight which was a late one and she couldn't have done more she explained everything directions, she left lights on , and a lovely selection of food for our breakfast and if we were hungry on arrival. Lovely clean, bright apartment, comfortable bed and lovely shower. Thank you
