"Perfect stay"

Really big size room,big comfortable bed and extra kitchen area which was so comfortable in use.Everything looks brand new,even better then the pictures show.It’s a brand new building! Location is good,10min by tuk tuk to the airport.The owner is a friendly and kind person,it was a pleasure to chat with him.I would definitely stay here again.Great value for money.

Affordable hotel near the airport, perfect for our brief stop before travelling onwards. The room was spacious and clean with good AC. Kevin is lovely and made us a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and Sri Lankan dishes on the rooftop

Kevin is a lovely host! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and modern. Looks like it was just constructed. Close to the airport and Negombo. Hot showers, good AC, fair prices, nice breakfast, and great hospitality!

Very spacious room with balcony, AC and fan and a little kitchen corner with fridge and sink. Nice bathroom with cold & hot water shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he arranged us a Taxi to come an pick up us in Weligama, gave us a fantastic tip for some delicious food by the lagoon and arranged for us a TukTuk which did bring us within 10min at 5am in the morning to the airport. Can this place just recommend if you want to rest after or before a flight, close to the airport, quiet place and a big comfortable room.

There is not a lot of shops or anything around for tourists, but if you ask the owner he tells you the best places for a good meal.

"Great option by the airport"

Kevin helped us with absolutely everything we needed, and made us great breakfasts on the terrace. The property has a small garden, big rooms with kitchenette and hot water running immediately. Highly recommended if you come from / go to the airport.
