Great host and perfect comfy bed.

Swimming pool pretty cool. Owner was a nice chap. Beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't worth the money considering Sri Lanka's common standards.

This hotel exceeded expectations! The staff's warmth and eagerness to assist made us feel truly welcome. Every facility, from the pristine pool to the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, giving us a comfortable and warm welcome to Sri Lanka. The breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, with our room providing a cozy retreat from the noisy city. The WiFi was good enough for me to do an hour long zoom call in my room, which was better than most places in Sri Lanka. The owner gave us lots of advice for our trip and was super friendly. Overall a great experience!

We booked the suite room with doors to the pool. It was the amazing! Bony was the best host of our whole entire trip, in fact the whole family was so friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Great hot showers. The breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee. But the best part was coming home to the most beautiful clean, cool wet edge pool after a hot day sightseeing. Very quiet at night so we had the best sleep ever. Airport transfers if needed. If you need a great place in Negombo don't go past this one. We booked for one night and stayed three. We miss you already BONY!!

There is a kettle in the room so there should maybe be some cups for complimentary tea or coffee in room. That would be a nice touch.

Nice size room and bed. Pool was clean. Helpful and friendly stuff. Felt really safe as a solo female traveller.

Someones other hairs on the sewer in the shower. Lots of dust under the bed.

The location was very convenient and super spacious. Loved it room and space. Highly recommended

The price offered at the time of booking became higher at the time of payment, because the owner claimed that the price in his booking system was higher than in booking. The rooms did not have mosquito nets on the beds and there were no other mosquito repellents. We stayed for 3 nights and when we left we were completely eaten up by mosquitoes
