La zona è perfetta in pieno centro vicino alla stazione neanche 10 Min a piedi.. 2 minuti per il mercato di Ballarò è praticamente sotto casa.. e' pieno di servizi e negozi bus taxi e per visitare tutti i monumenti.. consigliatissimo.. la struttura è pulitissima e son disponibili per tutto....in più letto comodo.che non è da poco...

Nice apartment with all amenities as listed. Right next to the Ballaro Markets and 2min walk to Palermo Centrale which was super convenient for day trips. Apartment was tidy and was very spacious for two people.

The owner said towels would be changed every three days - they weren't. And when we messaged asking for towels to be changed and for another roll of toilet paper, the host didn't respond to the message. The locks of the apartment were a bit finicky and the keypads sometimes did not work.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la stazione dei treni

Il quartiere non sembra molto sicuro e c'è immondizia ovunque. B&B ma della colazione non c'è neanche l'ombra (4 cialde per caffè per 2 persone in 5 giorni). Il secondo giorno è caduta una blatta dal condizionatore. L'utilizzo dell' energia elettrica è limitato da una chiave attaccata alle chiavi dell' appartamento, quando esci di casa non funziona né il condizionatore né il frigo. Manutenzione non sufficiente, doccia mezza scassata, dispenser del sapone rotto, il phon funziona male.
