Casa Miqvà - Rooms in shared apartment

The room was in an apartment – everything was very clean and cozy. There is a shared space where you can make coffee, and the host leaves cookies. The apartment is very close to the main street, so it’s convenient to reach the main places. Everything was great – thank you, Sara, for the hospitality!

Appartamento molto bello, Sara molto gentile, posizione centrale comodissima, tornando a Palermo non sceglieremmo alloggio diverso.

Rumori notturni occasionali, comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo dell'appartamento nonostante questo piccolo inconveniente.

Wszystko super! Bardzo ładne, czyste, nowe i przytulne wnętrza! Doceniamy mniejsze, boczne źródła światła w pokoju! Wspaniała, pomocna właścicielka. Możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy/herbaty w części wspólnej. Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie cicho. W pokoju zarówno ogrzewanie jak i klimatyzacja.

Łóżko było dość twarde, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało

The location is quite practical, being very close to the center, although we also saw some sketchy figures around. The apartment is arranged with good taste and the common space has a lot of plants which gives a good vibe. It's a pity that the room itself was not so great.

Our room was very tiny. Also, the bed was way too small for two people... we couldn't sleep well there. But worse was the lack of shades on the window, which let a lot of street and corridor light in during the night, and neither of us could fall asleep. It could be easily improved by either shades or dark curtains. The owner didn't show up to greet us and took a long time to respond to my messages. I wish there could have been a bit more contact and interest there... Also, there may be something wrong with the water system, because every time someone took a shower or flashed the toilet, a strange motor-like noise appeared in the building which was quite disturbing... which we could also hear at night from other rooms. To be honest, we really expected better for the expensive price we paid.
