Posizione centrale, possibilità di poter usufruire, nella sala comune, della macchinetta del caffè e del bollitore. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il lavandino che Sara (la titolare) ha risolto nei primi giorni di permanenza.

La tassa di soggiorno maggiorata rispetto a quanto segnalato su Booking, anche se tale cambiamento non è dipeso dalla proprietaria, sarebbe stato carino comunque comunicarlo nei giorni precedenti il nostro arrivo.

Super lokalizacja z której wszędzie było blisko. Ładnie wyposażony, we wspólnej części można zrobić kawę i herbatę. Można zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu i nadal zwiedzać.

"A very responsive landlord and an amazing place"

Location, very close to the city centre. Room is spacious, clean and curated in all the details - same for the shared areas!

Only stairs with no elevator (maybe because I was very tired of walking the whole day,) the flat is on the top floor.

Alojamiento en el centro de Palermo a pocos pasos de todas las zonas de interés, pero al mismo tiempo en un plaza tranquila y sin ruidos. Recién reformado, amplio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario. Cama extra grande y baño impecable. Zonas comunes amplias y limpias.

La única pega que pondría es que no tiene ascensor, pero tampoco hay que subir tantas escaleras. Creo recordar que era una tercera planta.

Hébergement très bien placé pour visiter Palerme. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir manger dans la pièce partagée et pouvoir y prendre un café le matin. Petit plus, le glacier en face de l'hébergement est excellent !

Le lit était petit pour deux personnes (120 de large)

"Perfect short stay in the heart of Palermo"

Perfect accomodation in the heart of citycenter Palermo. Ideal for a short stay to discover the beauty of Palermo. Room is spacious, AC working good (a must have!) You can make use of the shared "livingroom". But mind the stairs! It's a long and steep walk to your room! That didn't bother our stay, but it's something to be aware of when your condition is less good.
