Great central location, close to everything in town, only a few steps from the beach and easily reachable from the Pescara station. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, working A/C and a simple Italian breakfast provided at the bar nearby.

Perfect location, comfortable bed.

It was not very clean when we arrived, and in common areas was a strong smell of cleaning products. However, we informed about the not so clean room so they quickly fixed it. During the stay cleaner asked daily if we need cleaning. Also, we got w room with a window into an inner garden full of pigeons, for one night it would be not a problem, but for 4 days it was an issue as there was no sunlight in the room at all and we couldn’t keep it open because of the pigeons.

trovandosi in una posizione centralissima unica pecca è stata rumori del traffico e in generale della strada dovuti apounto alla posizione. Niente di non sopportabile comunque.

Struttura molto pulita ed bella, David il proprietario è molto attento ed disponibile. È certo che vado tornare.

Mi è piaciuto l'arredamento della camera, l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo e la doccia era grande. Era vicino al mare e al centro, e potevo andare ovunque a piedi. Era una zona fantastica.

Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden: das Wasser kam in Bächen die Wand herunter und überflutete den Fußboden. Wir haben mit Mühe das Wasser aufgefangen und ich habe die ganze Zeit versucht den Vermieter anzurufen, der sich aber nicht zurück meldete. Erst zum Abend kam er in die große Wohnung und nur zufällig traf ich ihn an. Er schien nicht sehr überrascht, gab uns ein paar extra Handtücher, bot uns weder ein anderes Zimmer noch eine andere Entschädigung an. Das war wirklich eine Frechheit.
