Staff clearing up breakfast before I had eaten within the time breakfast was meant to be served. They did kindly serve me breakfast but it was far from ideal.

I like the place in a pub. Very nice garden with good lunch. Good restaurant and good breakfast.

Absolutely nothing. Noise at pub closing time annoying at 12.30, but literature explained this.

Not much!

Wonderful breakfast and food generally (locally sourced where possible); helpful staff and comfortable rooms (beach towels provided). Couldn't fault the hotel and will return with pleasure.

Location was central to the town. Breakfast varied according to who was on duty but it was fine for my needs. All the staff that I had dealings with were excellent.

There was no bedside light: nor was there a ceiling light over the pillows. I read a lot in bed so I was reading in poor light which isn't great for anyone's eyesight. I have answered 'yes' re staying at this property again but this would be a consideration for me.
