Great location, easy to jump on the tram to head into Venice.

Room had a dirty blanket with stains on it. No hot water in shower and no one available to ask about the hot water or facilities. Owner said they only took cash so made me go and take cash out. I left at 7.30am and had to wake up the owners son to get back my ID before I was able to leave. No breakfast supplied so not a true B&B and no working TV in the room and again unable to contact anyone from the property.

Don’t expect to have a well deserved and comfortable shower after your day off to Venice because you won’t be able to do it. There is a total absence of hot water either in the shower and in the sink to even wash your face. Furthermore, the shower didn’t work properly and only a trickle of freezing water was flowing the couple of nights we stayed over here. I think that if a property can’t fulfill the very basic need of providing a decent shower to customers, shouldn’t be able to host anyone.

It was clean, it is very close to tram so transportation was not an issue.

Was difficult to find the entrance to the building. Could have done with a little map.

The place was clean and the room was spacious, especially for an accommodation of this price. The room had everything we generally liked in a room, except for maybe a security lock. It had air conditioning and a fan for our summer trip.

We had to share a bathroom with a few of the other guests at the BnB. I'm not aware of other rooms being ensuite or not. Not knowing the place, it was quite scary to walk there from the coach station at night. But during the day it just looked like a residential area.

Everything was good.Bathroom and room very clean.She is very kind and cute.
