"Perfect central location in modern apartment with a warm welcome from host."

Central but quiet location. Warm welcome. Comfotable modern apartment with lots of space. Outdoor patio. Italian breakfast at nearby bar.

Note that paid parking (Torricella) is a pleasant nearly level 15 minute walk from the apartment. Also note that many bars and restaurants closed on Monday.

"Short Vacation in Ravenna"

Francesco was a very kind and helpful host, he gave us many tipps for sightseeing and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern and comfy, the area in which the B&B is located is very quiet. Parking was not a problem, we could park our car in the next street free of charge. The breakfast was very good, especially the coffee Thank you Francesco, we will come again!

"Very nice apartment in prime location"

The location is excellent- just 5 minutes walk to historic center. Our room was spacious and really quiet. The breakfast included yogurt, cereal, meat, fruit, cakes and Francesco made best cappuccino. The parking is on the street, but we never had a problem finding a spot.

This door between room and bathroom needs some adjustments for privacy.
