La Draghina B&B Capri

This is a great value during the summer on Capri! Room is spacious and also had own bathroom. Easy in and out to come and go as you please. It’s walkable to Anacapri city center to catch buses etc to other parts of the island - it’s a bit of a walk, though I really enjoyed it. A delicious breakfast is included which I didn’t even realize when booking. And the host is welcoming and he will help explain the island, tips, pick you up at the port, booking of restaurants, etc. There is a great outdoor patio and it’s in a very quiet location.

It’s important to know it’s in someone’s home and they live there as well. It’s a bit different than a traditional B&B as we would have in the USA.

Our stay in La Draghina has made our vacation in Capri perfect! It was our second trip to the island and we wanted a base in Anacapri this time. As soon as we booked, Guglielmo contacted us with info about the house location and offered to pick us up at the port (which was greatly appreciated after a boat trip to the island!). Once at home, he helped us rent a scooter for the duration of the trip and I must say he is definitely the highlight of the place - he kept in touch during our stay, always very kind and with great suggestions. Do ask him questions about the surrounding areas and restaurants! The house is exactly as pictured, very beautifully designed in typical Capri style. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with fresh croissants, homemade plum cake and a delicious homemade jam! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a kinder, more considerate host! No second doubts, just book if you want a great base for your visit in Capri & Anacapri!

Guglielmo is truly the heart and soul of this charming property. He was welcoming throughout our stay, from start to finish, and was attentive and kind. He picked us up from the ferry terminal at Marina Grande when we first arrived on Capri, which was a very nice touch as that meant we were giving a nice introductory tour without having to worry about having to figure how to get to the B&B. Guglielmo's house is a wonderful, charming property with a beautiful garden, where we were served breakfast each day.

The room which we stayed in had thin windows very high up which let in natural light, but this meant we couldn't see out of the room which was a bit of a shame. It's about a 20-minute walk to the centre of Anacapri - add a little more if you're heading into Anacapri as it's an uphill walk. However there is a bus stop right outside the B&B which is convenient, once you've got the bus timetables in your head.

The host, bed, air con, the cleanliness, felt like home from home. Breakfast was lovely, homemade prune jam is a must try.

Up hill walk to Anacapri, although a nice walk, its still a trek up hill.

Guillermo was an amazing host! He picked us at the grand marina and took us to his place, so we could drop our luggage and get some tips for visiting Capri. The room was really nice, we had a bathroom just for us and the breakfast was really nice. We will stay here again if we come back to Capri

Our stay in La Draghina was awesome. Guglielmo is a really great householder. He gave us local advises and he took us from the marina when we take off from the ferry. It was very nice. The location of the house is great. It is very close to Anacapri center, Blue grotto and Faro. And also there is a bus station near the house which is directly go to the Anacapri but we generally preferred to walk. About breakfast, I can only say one word:Amazing. If you want to have an unforgettable holiday, I highly recommend this place for you during your stay in Capri.

The owner was super kind, he explain us everything, give us recommendation for restaurant what to see what to avoid, he pick us in the harbor after our arrival. He also make an reservation for scooter or for restaurant for us. Also breakfast was really delicious, homemade jam, and "cake" was pretty amazing. Totally recommend to stay there.

The stay at William's house was simply stunning. We have enjoyed it greatly with my girlfriend. William provided us with the list of recommendations that turned into the amazing experiences.

A wonderful place with a beautiful garden (the smell of jasmine in June is just out of this world) and delicious breakfast with always freshly baked home made pastry. Giglielmo was a fantastic host, who gave us so many great hiking and food tips and even picked us up from the port. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. Thank you for everything!
