Sabrina has been ver welcoming and arranging. She does communicate via WhatsApp which can facilitate conversations and help on various questions you'd have. Sabrina was there to welcome me on site and show me everything i needed to know. This was a short stay for me (1 night) though very nice and handy for work duties i had in the surroundings.

my room was on the second floor to which you can only access by stairs (no lift). i personally do not mind though i suggest you check with Sabrina if she has other options on ground floors should you be disabled or have difficulties to walk up by stairs or have heavy luggages to carry. Sabrina is nice and caring so would kindly give you the right information.
